Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Staraze platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Staraze operates a platform that hosts AI-generated personas of content creators. All conversations on Staraze are with artificial intelligence — not with the real individuals depicted. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

All personas on Staraze are AI. Every chat persona listed on the platform is a large-language-model-based bot trained on a creator’s public content and configuration. When you chat with a persona, you are chatting with an AI. You are not communicating with the real creator, and responses do not represent the real creator’s opinions, beliefs, statements, or advice.

Every persona page and chat interface carries a clearly visible "AI" label. Every bot is configured to disclose that it is an AI when asked. Staraze prohibits configurations that deny the AI nature of the bot.

AI responses can be inaccurate, outdated, or out of character. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or safety-critical decisions. Staraze provides the Service for entertainment purposes only.

Any user registering as an "Influencer / Creator" and publishing an AI persona warrants and represents, each time they create or retrain a persona, that:

• They are the natural person depicted by the persona, or they hold written legal rights to represent that person’s likeness and persona for commercial use.
• They grant Staraze a non-exclusive, revocable license to operate the AI persona on the Service.
• The training data they provide is either (a) their own public content, or (b) third-party content they have the right to use.
• They will not impersonate any real person they are not authorized to represent, and will not publish personas of minors, public figures without consent, or deceased persons without estate authorization.
• They can deactivate their persona at any time from the dashboard, and deactivation removes the persona from public discovery immediately.

Staraze will remove any persona upon a good-faith complaint from the person depicted or their legal representative. See Section 10 for the takedown process.

By creating an account and chatting with any persona, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand you are interacting with AI software, not the real creator.
• You will not treat AI output as advice, promises, or commitments from the real creator.
• You will not use the Service to harass the real creator via the AI, attempt to extract private information about the real creator, or generate content that defames any real person.
• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Staraze platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Sell, rent, or lease the materials

If you create an account on this Service, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account. We will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

By uploading, posting, or displaying content on Staraze, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Publishing an AI persona of any person without their authorization or legal rights
• Publishing an AI persona of a minor (under 18), or an explicitly sexual persona of any real identifiable person
• Configuring a bot to deny being an AI or to impersonate a real person’s live statements
• Using the AI to generate defamatory, harassing, or malicious content about any real person
• Attempting to extract private, non-public information about the real person behind a persona
• Obscene or abusive language toward Staraze staff or other users
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware

The materials on the Staraze platform are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate; we do not warrant it as factual.

In no event shall Staraze or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Staraze platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Staraze operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
